Outreach Event Calendar Launch

HS-15 is proud to announce that the Outreach Event Calendar for DOE Nuclear Weapons Workers is now available on the HSS website. The calendar is one of several outreach initiatives that demonstrates HSS's commitment to increase awareness of the programs and services available to our workforce and their families.

The Joint Outreach Event Calendar provides a list of upcoming outreach events in the communities near DOE nuclear facilities. Contributions to the calendar are provided by the following agencies: the Department of Energy (DOE) through the Former Worker Medical Screening Program (FWP); the Department of Labor (DOL); the Ombudsman's Office for DOL; the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH); the Ombudsman's Office for NIOSH; whose mission is to assist DOE nuclear weapons workers through programs such as: the Former Worker Medical Screening Program or Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA) Program.

The Joint Outreach Event Calendar marks the third and final goal set by the Joint Outreach Task Group for this year and is a symbol of multi-agency teamwork, with a commitment to serving our workers.
